About the Role

ONMOG Softsol is looking for enthusiastic, proactive, and result-oriented individuals to join our Talent Acquisition team.

The selected candidates will be responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate engagement, and recruitment tracking.

We welcome applications from both freshers and experienced professionals who have strong communication skills, an interest in recruitment, and the willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic professional environment.

This opportunity provides practical exposure to recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, stakeholder coordination, and talent acquisition operations.

Responsibilities

Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

Screen resumes and evaluate candidate suitability based on job requirements, technical skills, experience, and availability.

Conduct initial candidate interactions to assess communication skills, interest, compensation expectations, and notice periods.

Coordinate interviews between shortlisted candidates, hiring managers, and delivery teams.

Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Develop and maintain a structured database of potential candidates for current and future requirements.

Publish and manage job postings across recruitment platforms and professional networks.

Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, offer discussions, and joining confirmations.

Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and submit daily sourcing, screening, and submission reports.

Work closely with senior recruiters, delivery managers, and hiring teams to understand recruitment priorities.

Achieve assigned recruitment targets while maintaining candidate quality and timely delivery.

Ensure professional candidate engagement, confidentiality, and compliance with internal recruitment processes.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Candidates with qualifications in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related disciplines are welcome.

Fresh graduates and experienced professionals are eligible to apply.

Skills & Competencies

Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and human resource management.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, email communication, and internet-based research.

Ability to search, identify, and engage potential candidates.

Good organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.

Willingness to learn recruitment tools, job portals, and sourcing techniques.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a target-driven environment.

Positive attitude, professionalism, adaptability, and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Foundit, or similar recruitment platforms.

Basic understanding of IT recruitment, technical skills, and candidate screening.

Knowledge of Boolean search and resume sourcing techniques.

Previous exposure to recruitment, HR internships, or placement coordination is an advantage but not mandatory.

Mandatory Requirements

Must possess a personal laptop with a reliable internet connection.

Must be comfortable working in a hybrid environment.

Must be available during the prescribed working hours of 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM.

Must be willing to maintain daily recruitment activity reports and work towards assigned targets.
