About the Opportunity
ONMOG Softsol is looking for experienced and technically proficient SAP Consultants across multiple functional and technical modules.
We are seeking professionals with strong hands-on SAP expertise, implementation project experience, and the ability to contribute effectively to enterprise SAP solutions.
The ideal candidates should possess sound functional or technical knowledge of their respective SAP modules, experience in end-to-end implementation projects, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Experience Requirements
Senior Consultant
- 8–10 years of total professional experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in the relevant SAP module.
- Experience in at least two end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
- Ability to independently handle assigned functional or technical responsibilities.
Junior Consultant
- 5–6 years of total professional experience.
- Practical working knowledge of the relevant SAP module.
- Experience in at least two end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
- Ability to execute assigned deliverables and support implementation activities.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Participate in SAP implementation, configuration, integration, testing, and deployment activities relevant to the assigned module.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into appropriate SAP functional or technical solutions.
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, process discussions, and gap analysis.
- Configure, customize, or support SAP solutions based on functional and project requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical consultants, and cross-functional SAP teams.
- Prepare functional or technical specifications, process documentation, configuration documents, and test scenarios.
- Participate in unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and issue resolution.
- Support data migration, cutover planning, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization activities.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend SAP best practices.
- Ensure timely completion of project deliverables while maintaining quality standards.
Mandatory Skills and Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in the SAP module being applied for.
- Experience working on at least two end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
- Sound understanding of relevant business processes, SAP configuration, and integration concepts.
- Ability to troubleshoot functional or technical issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with implementation teams and business users.
- Willingness to work from office in Hyderabad.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
- Exposure to multiple implementation or transformation engagements.
- SAP certification in the relevant module.
- Experience working with enterprise clients and cross-functional implementation teams.
- Immediate availability or ability to join within 15 days.
